During my time in the German Armed Forces, I gained project experience as a trained IT developer. My interest in IT security was largely sparked by my service in command support. My first firewall was a Sophos UTM 120, which I had to set up for a customer project. Since then, my interest in IT security has grown steadily. Over time, various security and infrastructure topics have become my focus. My most interesting projects included, for example, WLAN coverage in an explosion-protected area and a multi-site WLAN solution for a large logistics company.
