How to Get v21

Log in to your Sophos Central account. Go to “Licenses” from the dropdown menu under your account name.
Select "Firewall Licenses" from the menu on the left.
Expand the appliance you want to update by clicking the arrow (">"). Available licenses and firmware updates will be displayed.
Click the firmware version you want to download (downloads in Safari may not work; use a different browser like Chrome).
You can also click "Other Downloads" to access installer and firmware updates for the software platform.

NOTE: Sophos Firewall v21 is NOT supported on XG-series devices as their end-of-life is approaching.
